A first response, with your rules built in.

AI phone answering for Houston home-service businesses, configured around your common questions, booking process and handover to you. Personally set up by James Boyd.

Agree on the conversation before it answers a call.

AI phone answering is an optional Lead Catcher add-on for home-service businesses. The assistant can handle agreed common questions and help arrange appointments under your booking rules when you can’t answer.

Your business information

We define the services, service areas and answers the assistant can use. The setup is based on the information you provide and approve.

Your booking rules

We agree on availability, what can be requested and what requires your confirmation. An appointment request is not automatically an accepted job.

Your handover point

We decide how the assistant introduces itself and what happens when a question falls outside the agreed answers or needs your attention.

Priced as an add-on.

AI phone answering add-on

From $250 setup + $150/month, in addition to Lead Catcher.

$2,050

First-year add-on example: $250 + 12 × $150. This does not include the base Lead Catcher package.

Lead Catcher + AI answering

At both starting rates: $750 combined setup + $347/month.

$4,914

First-year combined example: $750 + 12 × $347.

Examples assume 12 monthly payments at the starting rates. The written plan confirms call and messaging usage allowances, software, compatibility and payment terms. Extra usage, paid integrations, additional scope and taxes if applicable are not included in these examples.

Bring your real calling scenarios.

Tell me what callers usually ask, what you need to know before booking, and what happens when you miss a call today. We’ll use those scenarios to agree on the scope and test the setup before it goes live.

We also check your existing number, provider and compatible calendar. Your business keeps control of its phone number; any forwarding, connection or transfer requirements are explained before work starts.

AI phone answering questions, answered.

Will customers know they are speaking with AI?

We agree on how the assistant introduces itself and when it hands the conversation to you. That introduction and handover behavior are reviewed as part of the setup.

What happens when it cannot answer a question?

We define that before launch: which topics it can handle, which need your attention, and how the caller is given a next step. It is designed around an agreed scope rather than being left to answer anything about your business.

Is AI answering required for Lead Catcher?

No. Lead Catcher can provide missed-call text-back, online booking and review requests without the AI phone-answering add-on.

Can it replace all of my customer conversations?

The purpose is to help with the agreed first response, common questions and booking steps. You still handle the work, decisions and conversations that need your judgment.

How long does setup take?

Most starter setups take 1–2 weeks, but phone connections and the scope can affect timing. I’ll confirm a timeline after reviewing your provider, tools and calling scenarios.
