Keep the conversation going while you’re on the job.

Missed-call text-back and automated follow-up for Houston home-service businesses. Lead Catcher helps callers take the next step, with personal setup and a workflow agreed with you.

A missed call can still become a conversation.

Lead Catcher brings missed-call text-back, online booking and automatic review requests into an agreed workflow. It gives customers a next step while you’re on a job, with a clear point for you to pick up the conversation.

Acknowledge the call

An automatic text can acknowledge a missed caller and invite them to share what they need. We agree on the wording and follow-up behavior during setup.

Make the next step clear

Booking can connect to a compatible calendar under your agreed availability and confirmation rules. An estimate request is not a confirmed job.

Ask for feedback

Automatic review requests are included in the agreed workflow. We decide when a request should be sent and how it fits your customer follow-up.

Start with the phone number and tools you already use.

Your business keeps control of its phone number. Before setup, I’ll review your provider, number and current call handling to determine what is supported. Depending on the provider and connection, forwarding, a supported integration or a number transfer may be needed.

Texting capability, calendar compatibility, any required subscription level and provider charges need to be checked first. Bring the names of your phone provider, calendar, booking tool and customer-management system to the free call. You’ll know the proposed setup and costs before committing.

See a fictional example.

A homeowner calls an HVAC business while the owner is finishing an installation. A text acknowledges the missed call and invites the homeowner to describe the issue and location. The owner then follows up to arrange the next step.

Bayou Air is a fictional business. The homepage demo uses sample messages to illustrate a possible workflow; it is not a live system or a client result. No calls or texts are sent by the demo.

Lead follow-up questions, answered.

Does a missed-call text guarantee that someone will respond?

No. It gives the caller a way to continue the conversation, but a reply, estimate or booking depends on the customer and your follow-up. Texting also depends on the number and provider supporting it.

Does Lead Catcher answer phone calls with AI?

AI phone answering is a separate add-on. The core Lead Catcher package covers missed-call text-back, online booking and automatic review requests.

Can customers book a job automatically?

We agree on whether the booking is an appointment, estimate request or another step, and whether you need to confirm it. Availability and any calendar connection are checked during setup. A request does not automatically mean you have accepted a job.

Which tools can you connect?

Compatibility depends on the tools, their connection options and your subscription level. Send me the names of the systems you use. If a direct connection is unavailable, I’ll explain alternatives and any extra cost before work begins.

What happens if a question needs me?

We define when the automated conversation ends and how you pick it up. The setup should reflect what you can actually handle during your working day, including the next step for questions outside the agreed workflow.

What support is included?

Your project includes 30 days of fixes for issues with the agreed setup. New features and changes outside that scope are quoted separately. Ongoing support is available if you want it.
